It’s a Bumpy Road

October 20, 2014

We’ve all seen them, those skiers that can fly through the bumps as though they weren’t there. Personally, I watch someone good with the bumps and try to calculate the time before their next knee repair.

But there are proven techniques that we can all use to help us do a bit better than survive in the bumps.

This week and next we will be looking at the bumps with a bit more scrutiny and look at choosing our path through them. If we plan ahead, and work our plan we can prevent them from throwing us around the hill and setting up an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon for a new set of shock absorbers.
